UCT – Accountancy

The module accoutancy is directly associated with the modules "Bank", "Cash desk", "Issued and accepted invoices", "Stock administration", "Records of property", "Noncash payments", "Receipts" and "Customer advance payments" . Within these modules are created accountancy documents, which enter into the accountancy.

  • each document is unambiguously marked with type, number and year of the document
  • the actual module of accountancy is used for adjustment, review, searching and printing of information, which contain accountancy documents
  • the main accountant can arbitrarily add accounts to the account schedule It is possible to charge to centres, orders, activities and calculation samples.
  • individual years in accountancy are continually connected It is possible to monitor development in the accounts from the beginning of the company operation to the present time. The conditions on the accounts are updated immediately after calculating each document.
  • the possibility to close or open any accountancy period. Changes performed in the past are immediately manifested also in the following periods.
  • The function "Transfer of balance" creates a document, which transfers the conditions on balanced accounts from the original conditions of the subsequent year.
  • The module contains a range of very useful configurations, which enable various views to calculated documents and facilitates searching for errors including summaries for printouts to the main book, day book, profit and loss statement, balance sheet, CASH FLOW and VAT declaration.
  • the module Manager and financial analysis is connected to the accountancy, which enables a complex review of data obtained by the FIS information system.

MAJ – Records of property



All property of the company except for the stock, which is not kept in the module of stock administration is recorded in this module.

BAN – Bank

Operations with bank statements and orders for payment including functions for communication with the bank.

  • automatic and manual pairing of supplier and customer invoices
  • automatic and manual pairing of invitations to pay an advance payment, generation of documents about accepted payment
  • the customer can pay the invoices from any bank account and if this is preset in the address book, it is automatically paired correctly
  • it is possible to generate an order for payment from overpaid invoices and thereby return money or after and agreement use it for payment of an invoice, which will be issued for the next order
  • paired lines of bank statements can be automatically put into accountancy
  • in the case of payments such as fees, interests, etc., it is possible to use preset codes of account prefixes
  • the possibility of work with bank accounts in Czech and foreign banks in any currency
  • the orders for payment may be created from supplier and customer invoices (credit notes, excess payment of the customer, double payment of invoices, etc.)
  • the selection of invoices for the orders for each business partner using mutual balance
  • a generated order for payment may be printed on a printer or may be sent electronically to a bank The same method is also used to work with collection orders.

POK – Cash desk

Register of issued invoices

  • issued invoices are determined unambiguously by type, year and document number.
  • invoices may be observed in a unlimited quantity of invoice lines differentiated by the type of the document
  • access to each type of document may be treated with user rights
  • invoices may be obtained manually or automatically (from orders, from supply forms, etc.)
  • the issued invoice contains basic particulars of a tax document, information about taxable fulfilment, due date and bank accounts
  • summary of invoice condition (invoice may be paid completely, partially, not paid, overpaid) including documents (cash desk document, bank statement, compensation, etc.).
  • monitoring of the methods for recovery of debts in outstanding invoices

  • manual or automatic placement to accountancy according to appropriate prefixes of accounts
  • information about additional documents concerning the invoice (e.g. list of receipt forms, business agreements, etc.)
