Dairy Works Kunín a.s. - production of foodstuff

The company is an important producer of dairy products in the Czech market.
The export of their products, mainly to the countries of the European Union has been growing extensively recently. The company is achieving a turnover of around 2 billion CZK.

The extent of the solution

The information system was implemented in the extent of all available modules and functions. The basic information system is supplemented also with extensive analyses and reporting in the environment of Oracle Discoverer. This system was also implemented as a company Intranet. The basic modules of the information system were extended in the year 2006 with a module for identification of products and materials in production and management of stock within the stock administration with the use of wireless terminals. The information system is operated on the Oracle database under the operation system Linux for approx. 100 users including the application server JTi.

Dairy Works Valašské Meziříčí s.r.o. – production of foodstuff

The company is an important producer of milk in the Czech market. It has extended its product range recently with the highly demanded BIO (organic) products, for which it obtained several awards. The company is a holder of the quality certificate ISO 9001.

The extent of the solution

All available modules of the FIS information system, including the manager information system MFIS in the environment of Oracle Discoverer, were implemented. The information system is operating on the Oracle database for 40 users.

Italat CZ s.r.o. – production of foodstuff

The company ITALAT CZ s.r.o. is a relatively young Czech company located in Prague. The production plant is located in the heart of the productive area of the Moravian area called Slovácko, in the town of Blatnice near Hodonín. Since the establishment of the company in 1996 it has been producing traditional Italian cheese and specialities. The owners have therefore set a difficult goal - to produce and market in the largest extent to the Czech market the so far unknown and for the Czech user to some extent "exotic" products including Mozzarella, Mascarpone and Ricotta.

The extent of the solution

The FIS information system was implemented in the full extent. In accordance with specific requirments reports of the manager information system MFIS in the environment Oracle Discoverer were adjusted. The information system is operating on the Oracle database for 15 users. In the year 2007 the information system was extended with the module Kasa (Cash desk), which is operating in a new company shop.

ORFA a.s. – trading company

The company ORFA a.s. with its 15 years of activity belongs among the major resellers of modern and traditional furniture, three-piece suites, bedrooms and carpets in the Czech market. The product range is futher supplemented with the sale of kitchens, including realisation of kitchen studio projects. The company is operating several wholesale shops and retail sale shops mainly in Moravia.

The extent of the solution

The information system was implemented in the full extent including the manager information system. In accordance with specific requirements of the customer a module was created for monitoring the advance payments in relation to the accepted order. The information system is implemented on the Oracle database in the Linux environment for 70 users. All wholesale stocks and retail shops are connected by means of VPN in the Internet network. The robust application server JTi is used for this remote access. The information system was supplemented with internet wholesale in 2007 operating in real time directly in the Oracle database. The company is planning an automatisation of stock management using wireless terminals for the future.

Furniture Impex, a. s. - trading company

The company Furniture Impex, a.s. specializes in import of original furniture and three-piece suites; the priority is mainly quality of products and first class service for its customers. It is engaged mainly in wholesale activities.

There are all modules of the FIS information system operating for approx. 10 users.

Fullcom s.r.o. - services

A partner company dealing especially with accountancy agendas, economics, controlling and tax consultancy. The company is employing a large team of specialists, who contribute also in the development of the information system by means of consultations. It is therefore possible to offer a complete economic service to our customers.

The information system is used mainly for the administration of economic agendas.

Foto Morava s.r.o. – trading company and services

The company belongs among the major processors of digital photographies. The company operates several photo albums and kiosks.

The information system covers all the needs of the organisation. It is operating on the Oracle database for 15 users including the manager information system in the Oracle Discoverer environment.

MORAVIA SPORT GROUP s. r. o. – trading and production company

The company deals with production and distribution of sport and modern clothes - ENVY, OXBOW, ONEILL and SKECHERS brands. The company Moravia Sport Group, s.r.o. is currently managing over 40 shops with sport and fashion clothes. It occupies one of the major places in the market in the field of distribution of sport clothing in the Czech Republic as well as in Slovakia, Poland and Hungary.

The extent of the solution

All modules of the information system are included in routine operation, shops are connected online in the VPN Internet network by means of the application server JTi. The modules of the information system are supplemented with specific reports of the manager information system for evaluation of retail sale including planning of economic parameters. The system is implemented in the extent of 50 users. In the year 2007 implementation of the information system was initiated also in the subsidiary company MSG Slovakia.

Come Automaty s.r.o. – trading and production company

The company Come Automaty s.r.o. is a major distributor and operator of vending machines. The company has introduced a unique system of operation of vending machines to the market using prepaid coupons (cards) within the programme Milk for Schools. For the operation of vending machines modules of the information system were supplemented with special functions including applications for mobile devices used for operation of the vending machines.

The extent of the solution

The information system will be supplemented with an internet portal collecting all available information necessary for operation of the network of vending machines, including observation of service interventions and errors.

Dairy Works Olešnice RMD – production of foodstuff

Dairy Works Olešnice is a traditional Czech producer of dairy products. A major role in its production programme is played by the production of butter and fresh milk, which are highly evaluated by customers.
Implementation took place with the introduction of all available modules with an emphasis on the management and monitoring of production. The information system is also operating in the subsidiary companies Dairy Works Olešnice a.s. and Dairy Works Olešnice Morava s.r.o.

The extent of the solution

All data are centralised in the company headquarters; the remote places use a secure VPN network and the application is operated on several JTi application servers. In the framework of implementation an extensive file of manager and economic reports was also developed in the Oracle Discoverer environment. The routine operation also includes a system for identification of material and products with bar codes and wireless terminals. The information system is currently used in the extent of 100 users.
